- Basic interest or experience in livestock, dairy, or greenhouse farming
- Willingness to follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
- Access to land, livestock, or greenhouse space (owned or leased)
- Commitment to animal welfare, hygiene, and sustainable practices
- Openness to record-keeping, monitoring, and continuous improvement
